LJA provided full-time construction management services for the Loop 375/Cesar Chavez Highway/Border Highway Extension Project located in El Paso, Texas, El Paso Subdivision, LS 7300, MP 1150 to1156.2. LJA provided multiple onsite inspectors to observe and document all construction activities in the vicinity of the BNSF right-of-way. The LJA inspector enforced safety guidelines whenever workers, equipment, or construction activities encroached on BNSF property.
