Bay Coast Railroad/NPBL Public Projects

LJA Rail provides project review and management services on behalf of Railroad companies for outside party sponsored projects such as overhead highway bridge replacements, undergrade bridges, grade crossings, and adjacent construction projects that have the potential to affect the railroad. Throughout the lifetime of a project from preliminary engineering design through construction, we ensure that all planned work for the outside party projects are in compliance with the railroad’s specifications and criteria, the railroad is reimbursed for its associated costs to support the projects, and the projects can be constructed without adversely impacting railroad operations, facilities, property and personnel.
