Bay Coast Railroad/Pipe and Wire Projects

Our Freight Railroad personnel oversee and manage the design and construction of utility encroachments on or about railroad right-of-way and property. We work on the railroad’s behalf to ensure that utility applications for modifications to existing utilities or new utility installations are in compliance with applicable engineering criteria and that license agreements are in place with the utility owners. We also monitor the construction of utilities on railroad property to ensure that it is performed in a safe and acceptable manner.
